Return Policy 


At InspirEDU Design Co., we are committed to delivering high-quality design and consulting services that meet your expectations. However, we understand that situations may arise requiring adjustments to our agreement. Please review our refund policy below:

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees for initial discussions or strategy sessions are non-refundable.

Project Deposits

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your project.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover initial research, planning, and design efforts.

Full Service Projects

 

  • If you cancel a project before work begins, you are eligible for a refund of your deposit minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • If you cancel a project after work has started, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed.

 

Completed Projects

 

  • Refunds are not available once a project has been completed and delivered.
  • If you are dissatisfied, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions as per our revision policy (outlined in your contract).

 

Digital Products

Purchases of digital products (e.g., templates, courses) are non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds for exceptional circumstances (e.g., delays on our part) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Revision Policy


Revision Policy

Our services include a specified number of revisions as outlined in your project agreement. Additional revisions requested outside of the agreement will be billed at an hourly rate and are not refundable.
